Yes, and on roofs that get regular service visits we often recommend it. Pads keep boots and tools off the membrane right where punctures are most likely.

Will a repair void my existing warranty?

It depends on the manufacturer and who installed the roof. If you still have paperwork, send it over and we’ll work within its terms where we can.

What’s the difference between TPO and other flat roof materials?

TPO is a single-ply membrane with heat-welded seams, usually white or light gray. Torch-down and EPDM are put together differently, and repairing them takes different methods. We’ll tell you what’s on your roof when we inspect it.

Who do I call when water is coming in?

Call (425) 758-9982. That’s our line for emergency roof repair when water is getting into the building. We stabilize the roof when it’s safe and then book the permanent TPO repair.
