New shingle install vs. full replacement

Installation fits new deck, additions, and first roofs where there is nothing to tear off. When an aging system is already on the home, full shingle replacement covers tear-off, deck inspection, and disposal.

On qualifying work we offer a 5-year labor warranty and a 30-year material warranty on eligible architectural products—both spelled out on your written estimate.

They came on time, as promised, showed us the damage on the roof, explained everything. Completed the repair fast and cleaned everything after the work thoroughly. The roof looks like new, they also cleaned around the chimney, just because they were up on the roof. The price was excellent, we were pleasantly surprised, because other companies wanted to charge just  $700 for putting tarp and waiting for 2 weeks.
