Spanish S-Tile is not clay—and not Brava shake
Brava Spanish S-Tile is lighter than clay barrel and often avoids clay-weight reinforcement, but we still evaluate the structure before promising anything. This page is curved barrel only; cedar-style composite lives on Brava shake tile. Ridge, vent, and closure parts are profile-specific—mixing kits is a common repair headache.
Leaks under barrels usually mean underlayment or flashing—not “the composite failed.” On qualifying work: 5-year labor / 30-year material warranty; manufacturer material coverage may also apply when install follows their instructions—terms on your estimate.
