Shake layout vs barrel courses
Cedar-style shake uses staggered composite units with keyway gaps for thermal movement. Spanish barrel units need vertical chalk alignment and different ridge/vent parts. On qualifying work we offer a 5-year labor warranty and a 30-year material warranty on eligible products. Manufacturer material coverage may also apply when install follows their instructions—terms on your estimate.
