Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of construction-elite-roofing.com (the “Site”) and your relationship with Construction Elite LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), a licensed roofing contractor serving Greater Seattle. By accessing the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Roofing work is governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, or contract signed by you and the Company. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement for your project, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Services

Construction Elite LLC provides residential and commercial roof repair, roof replacement, inspections, emergency stabilization, and related roofing services in King, Snohomish, and Pierce Counties, Washington. Service availability, scope, and pricing depend on site conditions, weather, material supply, and crew scheduling.

Information on the Site—including photos, guides, and FAQ answers—is for general information only. It is not a binding quote, engineering report, or guarantee that a specific repair method will apply to your roof until we inspect your property.

Estimates, contracts, and change orders

Free inspections and estimates are subject to scheduling and access to the property. Written estimates describe proposed scope, materials, and pricing. Work begins only after you approve the estimate or contract in the manner we specify.

Hidden damage, code requirements, or manufacturer specifications discovered during tear-off or repair may require a change order with updated pricing and timeline. We explain material changes before proceeding when possible.

You are responsible for providing accurate property information and notifying us of known hazards, occupied areas, pets, and access restrictions.

Payment

Payment terms appear on your written estimate or invoice. A modest deposit or progress payments tied to milestones may be required for larger projects. We do not require full payment before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are due upon completion of the agreed scope or according to the payment schedule on your contract. Late payments may delay warranty documentation or follow-up service.

You are responsible for your homeowner’s or commercial insurance deductible and for understanding your policy terms. We do not waive, rebate, or “cover” insurance deductibles, and we do not act as a public adjuster or legal representative on your claim.

Scheduling, access, and site conditions

You agree to provide safe access to the roof and work areas, including driveways for material delivery and dumpster placement when applicable. Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or conditions outside our reasonable control may adjust the schedule.

You represent that you have authority to authorize work on the property or have obtained permission from the owner, HOA, or property manager when required.

Warranties and disclaimers

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible materials when installed according to manufacturer requirements. Workmanship warranty terms for qualifying labor are described on your written estimate or contract—not on this Site.

Except as stated in a signed project agreement, the Site and any verbal or email discussions are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, insurance claim outcomes, or that every roof can be repaired rather than replaced.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Construction Elite LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site or services, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site (excluding claims covered by a signed roofing contract) is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content in bulk, introduce malware, or use our contact channels for spam or unlawful purposes.

Content on the Site—including text, images, logos, and layout—is owned by Construction Elite LLC or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or exploit Site content without our written consent.

Reviews and user content

If you submit testimonials, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content in marketing and on the Site, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

We may moderate or remove content that is false, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools (for example, manufacturer documentation, review platforms, or Washington L&I license verification). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, products, or policies.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Disputes about performed roofing work are handled according to your signed contract and applicable Washington contractor and consumer laws.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
