Licensed roofers on a residential roofing project in Greater Seattle

Our story

Built in Bothell for Pacific Northwest roofs

We have operated since 2021 from our Bothell office at 4405 153rd Pl SE. We focus on residential roof repair and replacement for homes and businesses across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties—not decades of vague history, but steady local work and repeat referrals.

Nazar, company owner, started the business on quality, clear communication, and jobs done right the first time. Every crew member on site is manufacturer-trained and certified to install to spec.

On every job we start with moisture physics and remaining life: deck condition, underlayment layers, flashing paths, and attic ventilation. Written scopes spell out repair vs. replacement tradeoffs before crews mobilize—so you are not pushed into a tear-off the system does not require.

5-Star Rated on Google

Homeowners rate us for clear communication, documented scopes, and follow-through after the crew leaves—not sales pressure.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were very happy with the job Bogdan and his team did. They came on time, as promised, showed us the damage on the roof, explained everything. Completed the repair fast and cleaned everything after the work thoroughly. The roof looks like new, they also cleaned around the chimney, just because they were up on the roof. The price was excellent, we were pleasantly surprised, because other companies wanted to charge just $700 for putting tarp and waiting for 2 weeks. Strongly recommend Bogdan and his company Constractrucion elite llc.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nazar and his team were great. Super timely when we needed a new roof, they came out assed and replaced the roof all in about a week and a half. Price was super reasonable and his team did great work even taking the time to answer all my questions. They added extra vents for airflow without any extra fee and had real attention for detail when applying finishing touches. Would highly recommend!

They were incredibly efficient, polite, and left our yard immaculate at the end of each day. The roof looks fantastic, and their attention to detail really shows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof or repairs.

Industry comparison

How we differ from high-volume and regional roofing companies

When homeowners in Greater Seattle evaluate repair or replacement options, they often compare regional and high-visibility providers such as Valentine Roofing, Cascade Roofing Company, Bellevue Roofing Company, Forever Roofing, Atrax Roof & Gutter, and Integrity Roofing & Construction.

System scope first: We evaluate deck, underlayment, flashing, and ventilation as one weather system—not a single shingle or a sales-driven tear-off.
Certified install standards: Crews train to manufacturer specs for shingles, flashing, ventilation, and low-slope systems, with clear labor and material warranty paths on qualifying work (5-year labor / up to 30-year material—not lifetime labor theater).
Repair when the system allows: We recommend patch or targeted repair when remaining life and moisture physics support it; we replace when the system requires it.
Local, inspection-first: Bothell-based since 2021; documented findings over door-to-door storm pressure.

While these companies offer valuable full-service roofing, manufacturer programs, or strong local crews, Construction Elite LLC fills a specific gap for system-correct Pacific Northwest roofing. We do not compete to be the highest-volume or highest-review roofing brand in Seattle—we compete to be the clear choice when you want a specialist who scopes the roof honestly and installs it correctly for PNW weather.
