Fixing the chimney and valleys before replacing a whole roof
Most island calls begin with a stain on a ceiling below a shoreline rake, damp insulation next to a chimney, or a ridge cap that a gust has lifted. Very few start with someone asking for a new roof. We trace where the water actually gets in, whether that is chimney flashing, a valley, a kick-out, a pipe boot or the shingles themselves, and our Bothell office writes the repair scope around that spot.
