Wind across open park corridors lifts courses on ridges and rake edges. Once a tab has folded back, its seal strip rarely grabs again, so we swap it and hand-seal the row above and below it.

North-facing slopes under street trees stay damp longer, so moss holds water against seal strips. We photo growth, granule loss, and curling edges, then choose cleaning, spot repair, or a partial field section before you approve.

Cracked ridge and hip caps: replaced and nailed into solid wood, not old nail holes

One damaged section: a single plane rebuilt when the rest of the roof is still sound
Color matching: the closest current shingle to yours, with the difference shown before we install
Moss removal: hand-cleared and treated, without pressure-washing granules off

Spot the courses or plan a tear-off
We schedule shingle roof repair in Redmond when the damage sits in one spot, like a run of wind tabs, one valley, or a few ridge caps. If granules are gone across most of the roof, the felt underneath has failed, or the deck is soft in many places, we show you the photos and talk through a new roof.
