Replacement versus installation: which one applies to me?

Replacement includes tearing off an existing roof. New decks and additions without a tear-off are quoted as new installation.

Can one side be replaced now and the rest later?

Sometimes. A large slope with its own problems can be replaced on its own. We’ll tell you if matching age and color makes a full reroof the better choice.

Will a replacement help with attic condensation?

Yes. With the roof open it’s the best time to balance soffit intake and ridge exhaust and stop condensation.

Can I verify your license before I hire you?

Do you replace bad boards before the new roof?

Yes. We replace rotten or soft sheathing before new underlayment goes on, and price it as its own line so you can see it.
